She advises leading companies in the entertainment and film, consumer care, pharmaceutical, and textile sectors. In copyright and anti piracy cases, she coordinates multi-staged civil–criminal remedies for stopping hackers and operators of piracy platforms—including targeted measures across hosting, advertising, and payment channels—working closely with cybercrime units and administrative authorities and steering cross border investigations. On the trademark side, she handles high stakes oppositions, invalidation and infringement actions, non traditional marks, and disputes arising from parallel imports or unauthorized distributor claims. Her practice also covers domain name enforcement before local providers and WIPO, as well as IP due diligence and IP related contracts.
