DERIS successfully secured the transfer of a group of domain names of an illegal platform attracting 28 million monthly visitors and hosting over 3,000 movies and 1,200 TV series.

Deriş successfully defended Dow Chemical Co. in a toxic tort class action, representing over 50,000 plaintiffs who claimed exposure to dioxin from Dow's manufacturing facility. They achieved dismissal of certain claims, including trespass and punitive damages, and overturned class certification. Ultimately, Deriş secured summary disposition in Dow's favor, concluding the litigation.
