Aysu is an intellectual property lawyer focusing on the protection of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names, with experience in availability researches for trademark filings and global portfolio projects. She is involved in settlement proceedings, prosecution matters and litigation cases in various kinds of disputes regarding domestic and international clients from different industries.
- Conducted trademark audits for world leading textile and fashion companies through WIPO, TPTO, EUIPO and other IP Offices, prepared portfolio projects including well-known trademark applications and proof of use files, and involved in availability search reports for trademark applications
- Involved in prosecution matters and litigation cases including IP rights on trademarks, designs, domain names and copyrights of both domestic and international clients from various industries
- Focused on administrative proceedings as oppositions, appeals, cancellation actions including the protection of registered trademarks, trademark applications, non-registered trademarks and designs, drafted Undertakings, Cease and Desist Letters and Settlement Agreements
- Was a presenter at the policy dialogue “Safeguarding IP Rights & Public Health: From Counterfeit Medicines to Data Exclusivity” organized by INTA and AIFD in 2025
- Participated to the Project of International Comparative Study on Intellectual Property Systems 2025
