DERIS is proud to sponsor Plenary Session 3 at the FICPI 2025 World Congress, titled “Removing the Cloak of Invisibility: Supporting Members of Invisible Under-represented Groups.”

The session, moderated by Dr. MaryAnne Armstrong with panelists Dr. Hannah Brown, Prof. Laura Heymann and Susan E. McGahan, will address the unique challenges faced by individuals with an invisible diversity. Invisible diversities can include LGBTQ+, neurodiversity, FIGLI (first generation, limited income), veterans, and religion. The discussion will also explore how law firms can provide a more supportive environment for members of these groups and how inclusion strengthens both firms and client relationships.
