Okan Can delivered a lecture concerning the protection of Image Rights and Right of Publicity (RoP) in Sports at Kadir Has University. Okan has been lecturing this topic at the Sports Center of Kadir Has University for 10 years. The topic covers the RoP in Turkiye and the world, the concept of RoP, commercial exploitation of the image rights and the case law in this respect. The topic has recently started to cover the use of the elements of personality in the #AI generated Works and in the #NFT’s.
